"Please do not bring guest or children with you to your appointment. The private studio is small and does not have a waiting area or accomodations for children or guests. It is very difficult to discuss private hair and scalp matters when the client is distracted or when others are present. Futhermore, I frequently pray with clients as lead by the Holy Spirit and this indeed is private for the client and they deserve privacy, respect and confidentiality." Thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellations and No Shows
As a courtesy, if you need to cancel your appointment please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your service.
Any client more than 20 minutes late without a phone call will have to be rescheduled. If you're 20 minutes late with a phone call, please recognize that your appointment will now run into someone else's scheduled time and your appointment now becomes a "work in".
Any loc development client more than 20 minutes late will have to be rescheduled with a 50% deposit.
New clients that schedule an appointment but don't show up and don't call will not be allowed to schedule with Byond Natural again.
